Yes. All members of the CMAC secretariat are fluent in both Chinese and English.Our

arbitrators have a more diversified language capacity. If the arbitration agreement so requires,

CMAC is generally able to administer the case in languages other than Chinese. Where

necessary, parties may be asked to provide translations of documents.
