March 13 to 14, local time, Li Hu, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of CMAC led a delegation to Sweden to visit SCC Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC Arbitration Institute), Cirio Law Firm (CIRIO), Department of Law of Stockholm University, and met with Mr. Gu Qun, Managing Director of EUROSIN CAPITAL and President of the European Chinese Lawyers Association, carrying out investigations on the development of regional arbitration, and promoting China's arbitration legal regime and maritime arbitration practice as well as establishing in-depth communication on compliance construction, legal risk prevention and control as well as dispute resolution of overseas Chinese enterprises.
